Welcome! Thanks for stopping by!

I am a Chicago (suburb) native who recently graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Indiana University-Bloomington. I hope to continue to share my love of performing with the world as often and as long as I can.

In addition to acting, I work as a freelance musician/crooner for events, weddings, and performances. I discovered Frank Sinatra as a youngster and I have been listening to him (and a variety of others) ever since. If you are interested in hearing any of my work, please head over to my Musician or Videos tab and feel free to reach out about booking inquiries!

When I am not performing, I am usually bike riding, being an active Nintendo fanboy, working on health and fitness, or creating a new song to share with the world. Thank you for visiting and I hope you stay a while!

“Dow is one of those extremely talented actors whom you never forget.”

-Rochelle Arnold, River Cities’ Reader

“Dow’s Edward Bloom is, well, perfect. He’s got it all: a mesmerizing baritone with the rich vibrato and resonance; timing; believability'; and that quality that made me like him. Dow is headed for big things.”

-Connie Shakalis, The Herald Times

“Meanwhile, I could listen to Ben Dow’s melodic voice all day long as he portrayed The Padre with such finesse and style, acting with his entire face and roaming eyes.”

-Rochelle Arnold, River Cities’ Reader
